We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff provided excellent service, helping us when we got sick and even arranging a tour of the local area. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel also offered a free airport shuttle and the breakfast was delicious.

The manager, Yohannes, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Free airport shuttle was convenient. Spacious room with stunning mountain views. Excellent guide service available. Comfortable and secure stay at reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy transportation arrangements. Delicious complimentary breakfast.

Guests can enjoy delicious food and reasonable prices at the restaurant. the hotel also offers transportation and tour guide services, making exploring nearby sites easy and accessible. Plus, every morning, guests can indulge in a tasty breakfast served by the hotel.

The service and staff were excellent, offering to take us to the clinic when my friend and I fell ill. The complimentary airport shuttle was a fantastic touch, making the journey into town easy. The rooms were spacious, bright, and comfortable.
The WiFi and plumbing had some issues, which was a little frustrating. While we were impressed with the staff and their service, the waitresses' English was lacking, which made communication difficult at times.

This hotel offers amazing value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially towards the end of the tourist season. The rooms are spacious with plenty of natural light and comfortable beds. And the location, down a hill with easy access to the churches, is convenient for exploring Lalibela.

The hotel offered decent food and the staff was helpful, offering transportation when we needed it. Breakfast was okay, but not very varied. We also appreciated the location for being close to the main attractions and having a nice ambiance in the hotel lobby.
the place felt like it hadn't been properly maintained for some time, which made for an uncomfortable stay during our Christmas vacation.
